“I got my glasses 7 months ago. The frames have already broken. The lenses are really baddly scratches, when the only place I put them is on my face. The lenses are really hard to focus thro whether they are a bad prescription, or b/c of the products walmart uses. I will not ever get another pair of glasses from Walmart, and I will tell my friends. Now I get to go and buy another pair from somewhere else. “I had an outrageous experience with an eye exam. The exam was very simple. Other places offer more for even less price. The problem was that the prescription was totally wrong. But by the time I went back to the vision center - the optometrist has moved. Instead of offering me another check with their new optometrist, they just forwarded me to that one( who already messed up with proscription) to Kelowna. I was shoked. I went to the service desk, as a result they offered me just the cheapest glasses with this prescription to try. I agreed, because they didn't believe me. But the prescription was so wrong, that I saw my legs much shorter and couldn't even use stairs. I have just returned this free glasses. Every doctor and optometrist makes mistakes. But if you go to a good place, they WILL recheck your prescription. I don't recommend to visit optometrist here. Optometrists change so often, that in case of any problems, you might be left without help. I want to acknowledge, that before I went to the service desk vision center personal was very cold, almost rude, but after, they were trying to be more polite.”Read moreShow less

“Truly enjoyed my experience from the eye exam to the frame fit plus the deal to purchase a second pair at the same time. The warmth and friendliness made this easy to shop there. Also I feel I supported actual people that work in the same community and not some stranger online receiving my money. “Got surprise today, my glasses were in after less than 4 days. I went in and Jeannie did adjustment for a comfortable fit. I then went shopping and found glasses were slipping- Jeannie adjusted them again with allot of patience. It is hours later I am writing this and glasses fit really good. All the staff in the store was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Walmart vision center. 10 out of 10. Thank you”Read moreShow less
