A detailed and sport-specific assessment designed for runners - It includes an assessment and video analysis of your running biomechanics. Advice will be provided on topics such as running form, injury management and return-to-run programs or modification of current running plan. Please remember to bring everything you would normally have with you when running (shoes, clothing etc.) and plan for approximately 1.25 hours for this assessment.

A detailed and sport-specific assessment designed for cyclists - the bike fit is performed by a certified bike fitter . It includes a biomechanical analysis of your riding position and bike set up. The bike fit takes into account considerations such as riding style, level of fitness and injury history. Please remember to bring everything you would normally have with you when cycling (bike, shoes, clothing etc.) and plan for approximately 1.5 hours for this assessment.
