60 minDuve Dagher, of The Emberheart Institute, is offering this circle as a supportive and intentional space designed to help you honour and deepen your personal connection with the divine throughout your spiritual awakening journey. Together, we cultivate a safe, open-hearted environment where you can explore, integrate, and share meaningful aspects of your experience. Through reflection and connection, you’ll have the opportunity to express your unique insights and wisdom while also expanding your perspective by engaging with the experiences and understandings of others on a similar path. Each gathering includes a guided opening meditation to ground and center the group, followed by reflective discussion on shared themes within spiritual awakening. You’ll also participate in a group activity to deepen connection and integration, and close with a shared heart blessing to anchor the experience. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal for ongoing reflections, as well as their own lived experiences, insights, and wisdom. Come as you are—with presence, an open heart, and an open mind.
