Myofascial Massage combines the specialized techniques of sustained-pressure Myofascial Release with traditional massage methods to provide deeper, longer-lasting relief from pain and tension. Unlike typical massage, Myofascial Release is performed without oils and does not require the client to fully disrobe.

What it is
Most of the visit is hands-on work on the table — you talk through what’s bothering you, then the therapist uses pressure, kneading and stretching on the areas that need attention, and you leave with a sense of what was done and any aftercare notes.
