Our RMTs focus on the assessment and treatment of soft tissue dysfunction, with a primary goal of relieving pregnancy-related discomforts such as lower back pain, pelvic girdle instability, and postural strain. While the primary focus is therapeutic, improving mobility and supporting joint health, patients often experience ancillary benefits, including improved sleep quality and a reduction in limb edema (swelling). Every session begins with a mandatory clinical assessment to ensure the positioning and techniques used are safe and effectively tailored to the specific stage of your pregnancy. Note: This is a registered health service provided by an RMT. Our prenatal care is focused on clinical rehabilitation and maternal physical health.
