“Had An eye exam at the Brighton location of Costco. The staff were friendly and competent. The optometrist, Dr. Bobby Chai, Was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.”

“Both my husband and I had very positive experiences at our eye exams, at Brighton WestCoast inside Costco. The woman at the front desk was professional and kind. Dr Jesse Ning is friendly, down to earth, laid back and very easy to speak to. He had helpful information to share that we hadn't heard from previous Drs. “I had a very positive experience at WestCoast Doctors of Optometry. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The service was efficient, and the entire team demonstrated genuine care and attention to detail. My Doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I received excellent customer service and felt well taken care of. “I hadn't been in to see Dr. Leung for 3 1/2 years instead of my usual 2 year visit. She remembered me, and was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I really appreciated that since I came in with a problem. She was very thorough in her testing and took the time to explain what she was doing, and why. I came away feeling very comfortable with my visit, which is not the norm any more when you visit a Doctor's office. I feel very lucky to have her as my Optometrist. Thank you!”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience at the West Coast Optometry Still Creek location in Burnaby. Dr. Chloe Yeung was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a very clear and thorough way, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff was also excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. She also assisted with taking images of my eyes and was patient, making the process smooth and comfortable. Overall, the clinic is well organized, and the level of care and service was outstanding. “Dr. B.Chai is the single BEST eye doctor I have seen. I have seen about twenty eye doctors since I was a child and I wish I had met this doctor first. He is thourough, he takes the time to explain things and makes sure we are comfortable and understand everything and even asks if we have any questions. “The clinic was very busy. The clinic itself is quite small and the appointment times seem quite close together considering the testing that needs to take place. Despite these issues, the staff at the front desk, Alisha, and the optometrist, Dr. Nguyen were incredibly friendly, attentive and efficient at their jobs. They took the time to explain everything and were thorough and detailed with the process. I had also brought my son and they were just as inclusive with him.
