“This doctor is great, but their outdated systems are terrible. They do not have any form of electronic bookings, or even email/ text reminders or paperless receipt options. Most people operate ona didgital system these days, and a tiny cardboard appointment reminder for busy people does not cut it. Businesses that use the old paper & pen are generally obsolete! “My mom and I have both used Dr. Schaafsma for our eye car and are more than pleased. He is very professional and caring and his staff have been wonderful to the two of us. I lost my snap on sunglasses barely a week after purchasing them and they had a replacement ready for me to pick up the following week.
