“You worked wonders on June 18. I walked into the clinic carrying enough anxiety to power a small city and walked out feeling relaxed, relieved, and wondering why I had spent so many years avoiding the dentist. When Dr. Nathalie and her assistant (I guess her name is Lindsay) explained the procedure, I nodded politely, pretending to be brave. That bravery lasted exactly until I saw the needle that was about to be inserted into my gums. At that precise moment, my heart began pumping enough extra blood to irrigate a small farm. The sight of the syringe seemed to numb not only my gums but also my common sense, my courage, and possibly a few brain cells. Having not visited a dentist in so many years, I had absolutely no idea what a cavity-filling procedure involved. In my imagination, it ranked somewhere between a medieval torture device and a scene from a horror movie. As it turns out, the horror movie existed only in my head. Dr. Nathalie and her assistant were the perfect team. Their explanations were like Bach's Rescue Remedy in verbal form calming, reassuring, and exactly what my overactive imagination needed. Every time my anxiety tried to take control, they gently brought me back to reality. Their kindness should probably be available by prescription. Throughout the procedure, they were incredibly focused, detail-oriented, and professional. Meanwhile, my contribution to the operation was to lie still and stare at the television mounted on the ceiling as if I were being tested for astronaut training. While I was busy contemplating life, they were expertly repairing years of dental procrastination. Dr. Nathalie is as gentle as she is soft-spoken. Even though I had absolutely no clue what was happening inside my mouth, I developed complete trust in the two engineers working diligently on what felt like a major construction project. If dentistry ever becomes an Olympic sport, I know who I'm cheering for. After the procedure, I had the pleasure of meeting another angel named Emma. Since flossing had always occupied the same category in my mind as learning to play the harp or climbing Mount Everest—nice ideas, but probably not for me—I asked her about it. Not only did Emma explain the benefits of flossing, but she also gave me a tutorial. Her enthusiasm was contagious. She spoke about flossing with such passion that for a brief moment I felt like joining a flossing fan club. She managed to convince me that flossing is neither complicated nor optional if one wishes to keep one's gums healthy and happy. The receptionist also deserves a special mention. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. Her warmth immediately helped lower my stress level. In fact, she was so friendly and reassuring that I almost forgot I was at a dental clinic and not checking into a five-star resort. She set the tone for the entire visit and made me feel comfortable before I had even sat in the dental chair. The biggest lesson I learned today is that the nightmare was entirely in my head. Reality was much kinder than the dramatic movie trailer my brain had been playing for weeks. Yes, there are many excellent dentists in the city. What makes this clinic special is not only the professional expertise but also the warmth, patience, humour, and genuine desire to make patients feel comfortable. You don't just fix teeth you calm fears, restore confidence, and occasionally rescue people from the wild stories they invent in their own minds. To Dr. Nathalie, Emma, the dental assistant, and the reception staff: thank you for turning what I expected to be a terrifying expedition into a surprisingly pleasant experience. You are angels disguised as dentists, dental assistants, and receptionists. And thanks to all of you, I might actually come back before the next geological era. “I had a great experience here. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next week, which was surprisingly easy. The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish. I came in for a teeth cleaning, was seen on time, received excellent care, and was on my way without any hassle. I really appreciated that they focused on what I actually needed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary treatments or procedures. “I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never been to a better dentist. Dr. Nadji is incredible and is one of those professionals who you can tell has truly found her calling and passion, and it shows in the way she interacts with her patients and operates her practice; It feels like she’s hand selected her entire team because truly every single person I’ve encountered so far has been nothing short of amazing. Especially Emma who is an absolute gem and so great at what she does. This is also a wonderful place if (like me) you have any sort of anxiety around dental appointments or procedures. Everyone is so kind and positive and really makes you feel at ease. They focus on actually helping you and just getting you to your best dental/oral health, without any judgement.
