45 minThese are follow-up sessions for the 3-month Foundational Nutrition program. For patients in the monthly mastery program who have fully completed a 3 Month Program and are continuing their work towards health goals. We will assess your progress, celebrate your wins and if required make adjustments to your nutritional protocol. Patients in this program may email once per month between meetings to ask clarifying questions.
