The initial session can be in person OR virtual and is designed to help our team understand your story and health history thoroughly so we can begin. Any time left from a virtual session will be added to the first in-person session.

NEW RATE UPDATES
Effective September 1, 2026 there will be an update to all physiotherapy service fees on and after this date. This is our first fee adjustment since February 2024 and reflects the increasing costs of operating a private practice, as well as our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based pelvic health physiotherapy.
