50 min### Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) Fascial Stretch Therapy is a one-on-one assisted stretching technique designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and ease of movement. Using gentle, guided movements and stretches, your therapist works with the body’s fascial system and joints to help reduce tension and improve overall movement. Sessions are performed on a treatment table, are fully clothed, and are tailored to your individual mobility, comfort, and goals.
