“I went to see Lucy for some physiotherapy as I've been suffering with pain relating to my scoliosis repair. Lucy has a wealth of knowledge which is second to none and there's nobody else I would trust more with my back. Lucy not only helped released the pressure on my back, she taught me breathing techniques, exercises to do at home and just general wellbeing advice. What makes Winchester Wellness so different is the broad spectrum of knowledge and treatments you can get. Lucy is so educated in all areas and so you get the 'complete package' rather than things being looked at in isolation. The treatment room is lovely, lots of space and very private.
