45 minFour weekly treatments from 36 weeks onward are recommended to prepare for labour and birth. This series can help with cervical ripening, presentation of the baby, and energy/stamina. Sessions are 45 min--feel free to book a regular 60-min follow-up session if you'd prefer more time with the needles.
