“Friendly staff, everyone from receptionists to the doctor were all very helpful during my visit for an eye exam today. They're right beside LensCrafters, too, so you can get your frames and everything else done after you see the optometrist. “I don’t understand what’s happening in this place? They used to have such efficient staff who were professional & trained. We have been seeing Dr Navdeep Singh multiple times a year for the last 2-3 years and always found the front desk staff extremely helpful and empathetic. I am sorry to point out that my last two encounters have been a nightmare. The front desk faces keep changing . There would be 3 ppl you will be answering to and none of them wld have a clue of what they are doing . This time my appointment was messed up and none of them apologized. None of them know how to search for patients profile . Worst part is the language they use and the gestures they give you. It’s enough to put me off. I really miss the previous lady who knew every patient by name and made her job look like a breeze.”Read moreShow less

“Having had two very bad experiences at routine eye exams I procrastinated about getting another exam from someone I hadn't gone to before. Dr. Singh was recommended to me by a friend. The whole experience was interactive and upbeat. I do recommend this Dr. I recently went in for my routine exam and things went a bit sideways. “I had an appointment with Dr Singh yesterday for an eye exam. With their Covid safety measures in place my exam was able to be completed is a safe and comfortable manner.
