Cancellation Policy : Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a opening in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours cancellation notice. If you cancel your appointment less 24 hours or if you do not show up your appointment we will charge you 100% of the your reserved service amount.

Direct billing : Please understand that there may be instances where direct billing won’t be available for reasons such as the insurer’s online service interruptions, your specific policy’s billing eligibility etc.
