“I've been coming here for years. I've made five pairs of glasses with them and they have all been perfect. They're always happy to adjust things, and vision tests have always been thorough and consistent. I'd never go anywhere else!”

“This place deserves more than five stars! The extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff and professionals here are truly exceptional. I visited this optometrist for an eye issue, and they quickly diagnosed and solved it. They are experts at adjusting glasses and explaining the various technologies available, including the benefits of investing in premium lenses. “Wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was very disappointing. I went in hoping to get help replacing a lost screw in my glasses, expecting a quick and simple fix. After taking a look, they told me it would cost $10 because I didn’t purchase the glasses from them. I understand charging a standard service fee, but $10 for a tiny screw felt excessive—especially for something that takes only a moment to fix.”Read moreShow less

“I did all my eye exams in last 6 years here and I didn’t have any problem until now. I am not happy with my new glasses. after 2 months going there back and forth they couldn’t fix the issue and I gave up. Staff there are very nice and friendly but unfortunately in my case they couldn’t help to resolve the issue. Their final suggestion was to come back in 6 months for check up but I will not do that. “I tried Zyeu for the first time this week as I was looking for a new optometrist downtown that I could do an eye test for during my lunch. Dr. Laurianne Pham was without a doubt one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen across all the medical professions. She was punctual, very kind, incredibly knowledgeable and took time to answer a bunch of questions I had without making me feel rushed. She even was able to diagnose that my previous optometrist had prescribed too strong of a prescription for me. The appointment was quick, too notch and generally very enjoyable. She even made sure to verify my vision through contacts to ensure she could make any adjustments as needed. I would recommend Dr. Pham to everyone. I’m so happy I found an excellent optometrist! Also, I really appreciated that they did not try to push me to shop for frames during my appointment. This was the first time I didn’t feel pressured to buy frames from an optometrist and I was so grateful. The price for the exam was also really awesome: $130 compared to competitors that are usually around $160. “I’ve been a client of Zyeu at the Eaton Centre in Montreal for years now because they’re amazing and know how to do business! They keep good record of eye health and checks, always remind me when it’s time for checkups, and the whole team is super nice and easy to talk to (shout out to Mike). I’ve gotten several frames from them, and they always give me loyalty discounts, which I really appreciate. Cherry on the top, they offer free maintenance on my glasses. “I have been a very loyal customer at Zyeu for almost 8 years now, and I can honestly say that I have had nothing but great experiences over the years. I have probably gotten over 15 pairs of prescription glasses/sunglasses over the years, and the owner (Mike) and his staff have always been extremely accommodating and helpful to make sure I was satisfied with the product. They are also happy to adjust your glasses anytime you feel any discomfort or whenever they start getting loose from everyday wear. The optometrists are very good at what they do, even going so far as to thoroughly explain what was going on with my eyes (I had no idea your eyesight could actually improve as you get older).
