Highly recommend Active Living, specifically Jon Bell. He was very thorough, seemed genuinely enthusiastic, and spent the entire 90 minutes troubleshooting my issue. Not once did Jon leave to check on other clients and I very much appreciated that. Time will tell if Jon can fix my shoulder issues but I am optimistic just based off of my first visit and have booked another.Lire la suiteRéduire

I went to see Evan for reassurance that my lifting and carrying of heavy boxes at work is not harmful for my aging spine and muscles. With the help of many examples, comparisons and models, Evan convinced me that the exercise i am getting is beneficial rather than harmful. Happy to hear that! Naomi Cole is an excellent physiotherapist. She listens to the issues, verifies them and provides a correct course of action. She is very good at articulating the discovered issues and the required actions (even when interrupted) to start your road to recovery. She is very knowledgeable in her line of work. She is also very friendly, and practices healthy living from my observation. That is someone I want in my corner to assist me with my physical health. High 5 Naomi! The front staff and the entire facility at Active Living Physiotherapy as top notch. Easy to find and plenty of parking. I was able to book multiple follow up sessions without any issues. Jonathan was excellent. He really knows his stuff. He set me up with exercises that I can already see will help solve my issue. The atmosphere in the studio is very relaxed and upbeat. I'll be continuing with further treatments.
