“I had a great experience with Lexi. She was very thorough in assessing my back pain before starting, and she was able to accurately find the areas that were causing discomfort. The pressure she applied was strong and effective, which really helped relieve my back pain. I also appreciated that she checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right. “2026 update! Ive now been to Kara (acupuncture) Ben (massage) Jeff (osteo) Dr Ogden (naturopath) and now Lexi (massage) and my goodness, my physical (and mental?) Health has never been better! The Align staff are so kind & welcoming. Every treatment Ive had, ive felt so taken care of. Full body wellness achieved! I recommend everyone here to everyone I know, And I cant sing their praises enough. 1st review: I have had a repetitive neck injury for over 20 yrs, nothing gives me relief for long. I finally decided to try acupuncture. Kara was friendly, empathetic & knowledgable.. I didnt know what to expect.. I honestly couldnt believe the level of relief Ive had. It almost doesnt seem real to live pain free after so long. But I am.
