With over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness field, I have worked in Langford and the West Shore with a diverse range of clients and patients from athletes to those managing chronic pain and injuries.
I obtained my Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy Manual Practice. I am member of Osteopathy BC.
As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I integrate a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on the body's natural ability to heal itself. I believe in addressing the root cause of issues rather than just treating symptoms.
