I love Corey! I'm usually guilty of waiting until I'm already in pain, and she's always so accommodating, compassionate, and welcoming. She genuinely takes the time to make sure I understand what's going on, and every session is thoughtful and tailored to my needs. I always feel like I'm in the best hands. The entire staff is just as lovely, friendly, and helpful—they make every visit such a positive experience from the moment you walk through the door. Excellent service at Apex! I called and they missed it, but they promptly called me back, which I really appreciated. Mr. Witt listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel heard. After the assessment, I was already feeling much better he did amazing I am really impress amazing service. The staff were very polite and clearly care about their clients’ needs. I had an excellent experience with Rosemarie Pagal. She is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to her clients’ needs. The massage was both relaxing and effective in relieving tension and muscle soreness. She took the time to understand my concerns and adjusted the treatment accordingly. I left feeling refreshed, comfortable, and much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Rosemarie to anyone looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist. Dr. Christine Chan is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing her for a few weeks now and she is honestly a wonderful chiropractor. The best thing about her is how well she listens. She really takes the time to understand what you're trying to say, works with you, and is just incredibly kind. She also has a lot of strength and gives really great, effective adjustments. If you are in pain and have no idea who to go to, definitely see her. She does a fantastic job. Apex is also a really great clinic. I highly recommend Corey Hafner for physiotherapy. From my experience, she takes the time to thoroughly assess the root cause of any issue rather than just treating the symptoms, which made a noticeable difference in my recovery. I've been seeing Dr. Cameron Tranchell at this location for a few months now regarding some back/shoulder pain. He's been fantastic, listens to everything and modifies the treatment based on my needs, We have done acupuncture shockwave therapy amongst some other treatments. He always explains everything thoroughly and has also treatef my other family members who have all had very positive experiences. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have up to date treatment tables and technologies to address my needs. They accept many insurance benefits and almost all do direct billing. I see Dr. Shawn (Chiropractor) regularly and he has helped me a lot with my neck & back pain; I've also seen Wlodek (Physiotherapist) to help as well. They're both very professional, knowledgable and transparent. Dr. Shawn also does my orthotics and they feel great on my feet. As for massages, I like to do deep tissue and I've recently seen Napier few times whenever he's available. He is very good with his technique, and the muscle group(s)I tell him to focus on always feel more relaxed afterwards. I’ve been working with Michael Low for a couple of months now after fracturing my wrist, and he has been great throughout my recovery. He’s really helped me rebuild my strength and range of motion in a steady, realistic way while keeping things encouraging the whole time.
