Her approach was very conversational where we first reviewed my concerns, lifestyle, and training goals before transitioning to a physical assessment. Jordan clearly explained her assessment and even provided visual aids to support understanding. We then reviewed a treatment plan that included hands-on care and individual exercises. “I couldn’t recommend Arc by Pivitol any higher! I’ve been to 4 different physio locations after I hurt my back in 2020 and no one has been able to put me on the proper path to healing/substantially addressed my chronic pain like Arc has (the 5th place I tried). I see Simone van Gelder (physio) and Hayley Brockhoff (strength & conditioning coach) and they are truly phenomenal, know what they’re doing in respect to my injury/working within the confines of my limitations, listen and take very thorough notes, are very professional, and overall extremely lovely to spend time with. Arc has access to everything in Evolve gym as well when providing treatments, so that is a huge bonus.
