“Last Thursday i pulled something in my neck and upper shoulder and couldn't move without extreme pain. I called Archway and they were able to get me in to see someone with an hour. They were very friendly and accommodating. I happened to see Marco and he was excellent. Very friendly, informative and was always checking in to see if you were comfortable or doing okay. It was my first time seeing a chiropractor so i was fairly nervous (i also have anxiety, so meeting new people isn't easy for me), from the minute i stepped foot inside the building i felt comfortable. They were all so welcoming. Marco specifically made the experience feel comfortable and he was very supportive through the whole appointment. “The people here really are fantastic. I saw several physiotherapists(elsewhere), a chiropractor, a massage therapist, and my family doctor about my pain. I was told about Archway and decided to try it out. The ladies at the front are SO CARING and helpful. As soon as I met Jeff, during my consultation, he knew where all my problems had stemmed from, and helped put me on the path to a diagnosis. “I see the chiropractor Marco at this clinic and he is excellent. I hate to say this but I haven't had much luck with chiropractors in the past. Marco is really thorough, knowledgeable, and he takes a multi discipline approach toward an injury. I knew before I walked into this clinic that my injury would take months to heal. There was no quick fix available for this. There have been consistent baby steps toward a recovery and my pain has been greatly diminished. As a Master’s athlete they help me perform at my best with their holistic approach to client centered care and they work so well together. “Pros: staff are friendly and had a great rapport with my assigned physiotherapist. Also very roomy. Cons: it's expensive at $110 for initial assessment and a follow is $75 which seems high. I would think a follow up would be at least half of an initial consultation assessment. Seems off to me. I went for only a few appts, as I have limited insurance and to my knowledge Archway does not offer compassionate pricing when; either insurance runs out, or you had none to begin with.”Lire la suiteRéduire
