“After spending a great deal with these guys, will not be going back. Lots of great caregivers out there. I'd suggest using them. Gave sufficient notice to reschedule a much needed appointment and Kim jumped on the chance to charge me without hesitation. The greed is something far beyond their caregiving capacity. “I recently had a massage with Val for the first time after some long travel days. I requested deep tissue, which Val more than delivered on. I could tell by her approach that she is knowledgeable and able to identify areas that need more attention. “Last week I went to back in balance location in Lucan for the very first time. I had the pleasure of having massage therapy done with Val. I have to say she is absolutely fantastic. Very professional. Very polite and very good at what she does. She was able to relieve a lot of my back and neck and arm issues in the first session. I will be going back again in another week without hesitation! “I have been going to Back in Balance for 3 years now. If your looking for deep tissue massage. Ask for Kim, or Quinn at there Strathroy Clinic. They both respond well when you ask them for more pressure. Highly recommend, clean professional setting.”

“Great experience there. Went for a deep tissue massage. I'm a 43 yo tradesman, my back, neck, shoulders and feet get pretty tight at times. Never been much for massages. But my wife insisted. Val was exceptional. I'm not a super experienced massage person. But Val works very hard, and did a terrific job. I was very surprised how good the experience was. She also worked on my wife a couple weeks ago, and Kristin said "Val gave her the best massage she ever had". Lucky to have her in Lucan. Definitely exceeded expectations.
