“Changed my life!! Highly professional clinic, proving a full service. I came to the clinic with shoulder and back injuries, which were treated effectively. Iryna and Rostyslav Bilchenko provided a holistic approach that helped me in everyday life. This included Massage, Osteopathy, and fitness. “I had an excellent experience at Back To Health Osteopathy and Wellness in Maple. I received massage therapy 3 times with Yaroslav — first a 1-hour full body massage, then two 30-minute back massages. I had significant back pain before starting treatment, and after the second back massage the pain completely disappeared. Yaroslav is very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. “I was really disappointed by my experience at this clinic. After waiting 2+ weeks for it. Not only did I end up with 10x more pain in my neck over the following 2 days after my "treatment" last week, I was left very confused by the whole experience. Felt more like complete Quackery rather than a consultation with a medical doctor. Nothing more than a really expensive reiki treatment. As well it seemed like there was no interest in follow up, mocked/ignored when I asked if the osteopath was going to reccommend fitness sessions at same location, and as if my pain was a joke to the assistant there, implying I wasn't "happy" enough on my way out as I am paying $160 I really don't have. They ask you to fill out forms that were not even discussed. The whole treatment was completely 'woo woo' with verbal suggestions that my "nervous system was recalibrated" while throughout nothing that was done was explained as to exactly how it was going to help my neck pain. Again, this did not feel medical, it came off rather ridiculous in all honesty. And I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed by the female assistant there, for quite frankly no reason on my part. Overeager to elaborate/sell on pelvic floor leakage or some other randomness just before I am about to enter my appointment that I went there specifically for neck pain. Not to mention pressured to wear gross communal slippers and questioned agressively when I kindly declined to put them on...I was hopeful it would be a good environment to get back into fitness. But obviously not. Just going to have my personality judged when I went there cause I am in pain. What do these people expect? When I arrived there I was calm and discerning, neutral, as it was my first time there...not over the moon with intens joy or some other craziness clearly expected of patients when they walk through these doors. “****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**** I have been visiting this clinic for massage therapy over the past few months. I have received treatments from both Rostyslav and Yaroslav, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality, personalized treatments. Rosty has an incredible understanding of the human body and a great expertise in a wide range of treatments. From the very beginning of my first treatment session, it became clear to me that he truly knows what he is doing. I left the clinic feeling relaxed, slept through the night, and woke up the next morning completely pain-free. Yarol is equally impressive. His techniques are top-notch, with strong, skilled hands and a great ability to blend different methods to suit individual needs. He asks specific questions at the beginning of each session to understand the root cause of the issue and tailors the treatment accordingly. He is very attentive throughout the session, regularly checking in about pressure and room temperature. The place exudes such positive calming energy! “I've only been to this osteopathy clinic a couple of times so far, but the difference it has made is incredible. Rostyslav is amazing! He takes the time to really find the source of the pain rather than just treating the symptoms. After each visit, I felt a noticeable improvement. Anna was also a pleasure to deal with ☺️ Super friendly, organized, and accommodating. She helped coordinate appointments so my wife and I could come in at the same time, which made things so much easier for us. “I’ve been attending the clinic for prenatal massage during my twin pregnancy, and it’s made a world of difference! I started experiencing discomfort early on and decided to seek help. Rostyslav has been incredible: even with the usual limitations of pregnancy massage, he’s been able to provide noticeable relief after just a couple of sessions. He’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about clients' well-being.
