Not only is Alyssa a lovely human, her knowledge and skill provided breakdown of post surgical scar tissue, increased range of motion, and a significant decrease in my lymphedema swelling. “I’ve seen Heidi Ezzat at Balanced Health and Wellness a few times recently and cannot recommend her enough! She incorporates therapeutic hot stone massage, which was absolutely wonderful. I have been going for registered massage regularly for many years due to chronic pain from my desk job. The warmth of the stones in the skilled hands of an RMT felt amazing and really got into those places that bother me consistently.
