Had a session with Dr. Stefan Eberspaecher Chiropractor and I was very impressed with his approach and the care that he provided. I have been dealing with severe pain for over ten years and he was very thorough in his examination and treatment. Just finished my first session with Dr. Breanna Gates who performed a full assessment on my current condition. Must say I was rather impressed not only by her knowledge of and ability to explain to me the potential causes of my ailments, but to take the time to council me on things I can do to help alleviate them over time in addition to her adjustments. She is also a very pleasant person who in my opinion genuinely took an interest in getting to the root of my problem. Very nice office, the ladies at the front desk are very friendly. Nothing but great things to say about this clinic. The administration staff are kind and considerate and make your experience seamless. I have consulted a few health care providers at this clinic and excellence is a shared theme. Professional, knowledgeable, competent, compassionate. They truly know what they are saying and doing with positive results. One factor that stands out to me is how much they sincerely wish the best for the clients in all aspects of health. David Dellaire is by far one of the most knowledgeable and proficient Osteopaths I know. He knows an incredible amount about the body and is excellent at explaining what he is sensing and how this may relate to emotional causes. He listens well and I could tell he has a very intuitive sense of the body. I feel so great after our session and will definitely be going back. Had a fantastic appointment with Doctor Eberspacecher. From the moment I walked into this modern and beautiful clinic, I felt at ease. His assessment was incredibly thorough and he took the time to explain everything clearly. This is an extremely knowledgable chiropractor, who is also very personable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed. He listened to my concerns and inspired confidence quickly. Most importantly, he delivered results and just one visit. I couldn't believe it. Through a combination of adjustments and active release techniques, he alleviated the pain I have been living with for several weeks. I walked in hurting and walked out pain-free. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Dr. Geoff, who was recommended to me three years ago when I suffered a mechanical injury to my entire spine, causing widespread pain throughout my body. My nerves were pinched due to compression, and nothing seemed to relieve the pain. I couldn’t even sleep for a whole year. Desperate to find a solution, I lost my job because I couldn’t manage the pain. Dr. Geoff paid such close attention during my assessment and treated me with great care. His approach and methods are unique and highly effective. Working on connective tissue was crucial to my recovery. Step by step, my condition improved, and I started feeling better. Slowly but steadily, I became stronger, and the first improvements were noticeable after just 1-2 weeks of treatment. The doctor also provided me with a set of exercises that significantly improved my mobility. I attended several educational sessions at the clinic on pain management, which were incredibly helpful. After three months of treatment, I was able to add swimming to my routine and continued working on my recovery goals. Current situation: I am a completely different person now. Full-time work and studying Driving downtown and back during rush hour (2 hours/day), 3 times a week Swimming 1-2 times a week, cardio 1-2 times a week, yoga 1-2 times a week (depending) Household duties, etc. Thank you, Doctor. After several months of dealing with lower back pain and seeing several physiotherapists etc., I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Eberspaecher based on Google reviews hoping they were accurate. I was not disappointed. Yesterday I had an excellent experience. Dr.E was welcoming, knowledgeable and so helpful. My initial assessment was by far the most thorough I have ever received. Instead of simply treating my symptoms (based on my observations) he was determined to get to the root cause of my issue. He listened patiently to my concerns/questions and provided detailed replies and as a result my session lasted much longer than I had anticipated. Thank you for taking the time. Dr.E figured out what my issue might be and proposed a plan to move ahead and fix the problem. I am happy to have found someone with such dedication and expertise. Day after treatment...I feel great.
