I had my final 2025 massage on Saturday with Elizabeth. She makes me feel like I've melted into the table. She has very strong hands yet gentle when necessary. The atmosphere at Body First Wellness is very clean and calm. The RMTs are very friendly, my Spouse and I had a very good experience from Yüki, Annie .. Very professional and experienced. Highly recommend a visit to here.

We’ve been here with my husband numerous times. We loved their massage and we booked for the whole month that’s how we liked there services plus they have complimentary tea and water, as well as additional raffles.

I highly recommend massage and physiotherapy here there service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and very polite. Their massage is excellent I have always feel so relaxing and comfortable.

I tried their massage yesterday and I feel so good after my massage, their facility is clean, spacious, staff are friendly and courteous, they are organized, appointments can be online, in person and text messages. I will definitely come back again and will recommend them to my family and friends.
