90 minThis 90-minute session allows enough time to support multiple family members within one session—working with each individual as well as the shared dynamics between you. These sessions are designed to be simple, flexible, and accessible for real family life. There is no need for anyone to be present at a specific time. The session can be completed on behalf of your family, and you’ll receive an audio recording to listen to whenever it feels most convenient. We work with the family as an interconnected system—recognizing that patterns, stress, and experiences are often shared, reflected, or held within the relational field. This session creates space to: support individual family members (parent(s), child/children) address shared stress patterns or recurring dynamics explore the family matrix and communication between members restore a sense of connection, regulation, and balance within the family system Sessions may support: emotional or behavioral patterns in children parental stress, overwhelm, or adjustment sibling or family dynamic challenges overall nervous system regulation within the household This session is ideal when you’re wanting to support more than one person, while also addressing the deeper connections between you—without needing to coordinate schedules, locations, or availability. It meets your family where you are, offering a cohesive, integrative approach to wellbeing that fits into real life.
