Lillian has been fabulous. Professional and very good at making me feel comfortable and working with what my goals are. Went from minimally mobile in an air boot to weight bearing and hopefully back to marathon training!

Brooke is one of my favourite massage therapists! Whether I’m just wanting to relax or really work out some knots she always adjusts her treatments accordingly. I always feel great after my massage with her! Highly recommend!

I saw Amal for vertigo. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She definitely helped in the treatment of my vertigo. All the staff have been kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone going through vertigo.

Tamara is FANTASTIC! She always takes the time to ask how I’m doing, explain what my recovery should look like & demonstrate the exercises I need to do to increase my mobility. I can’t recommend her enough. Just an amazing physio therapist & human. 😊
