“I had my first visit today with Leigh this morning. She’s wonderful. She genuinely listens and gets your issue. Her examination was as expected and she expressed her concern. Her explanation of how to help myself was excellent and along with that she emailed me videos. I confess I’m not a fan of physio and I told her that. She said she would see me anytime I felt I needed further assistance or if my issue didn’t resolve. There was no pressure to book a follow up.
