“I have a huge scoliosis (62 lombar, 52 thoracic), and Mary and her team showed me the Schroth/Barcelona/Rigo method. After just one session I stopped wearing my lombar belt, and I feel the exercises will greatly improve my day to day life over time. The team was great, everyone is very sweet, attentive, professional, competent and encouraging. “The staff were kind and professional, from the front desk to the team working on clients (and quite honestly even the clients were friendly and social). The atmosphere is light, while maintaining a needed "stay-on-task" attitude to ensure the clients feel their needs are being cared for. Mary was quick to assess, diagnose and treat an injury that has been impacting me for years. I left with a detailed treatment plan and I genuinely felt the difference. “The best place ever for dry needling, shockwave, cupping and much more! Mary and Raymon are the best physiotherapists you can ask for! They listen carefully to you and always make sure to arrange a plan that suits your medical condition best! The clinic is really bright and clean and during your session you will be entertained by listening to relaxing soft music! If you ever need physiotherapy in Ottawa go check them out!
