🕒 Cancellations + Rescheduling –If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or in the case of non-attendance, the full session fee will be charged. This policy is in place because such late changes leave a significant gap in the therapist’s schedule and preparation time that could otherwise have been allocated to another client requiring assistance.
