Elite Athlete Semi-Private Training

This program is for athletes in grade 9 & above. This is our Semi-private athlete training program, where athlete's are provided with individualized training programs specific to their needs, their sport and their schedule. Athletes in this program will have purchased either an Elite Athlete Training Package of 10, 20, 30 or 40 sessions or be a part of our specific In-Season or Off-Season Training Programs.
