Deceptive, Unbundled Billing and Lack of Financial Transparency: I had my external imaging done and sent over to this office for a review. I was explicitly told that while OHIP covered the scans, there would be a fee for the practitioner to "look" at them. I accepted that, but I was shocked to find that I was then hit with a completely separate, unbundled fee just to be told what she saw. Charging one fee to look at an X-ray and a second fee to speak the results aloud to the patient is ridiculous. Medical doctors absolutely do not do this—under OHIP, reading a scan and explaining the diagnosis to the patient is a single, unified service. At no point prior to my appointment did this office inform me of this overlapping fee structure, nor did I provide informed financial consent for these surprise charges, I was charged at the desk for this and was not happy but did pay them GRRRR!! I did email them later with my concerns. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of upfront pricing and professional transparency at this clinic. I highly recommend taking your imaging to a real medical doctor instead, where you won't be charged a hidden fee just to hear your results.Lire la suiteRéduire

Sunyatta is fantastic. She has helped me immensely with lower back pain relating to lifting weights and gym injuries over the years. I would highly recommend her to anyone especially people suffering gym related injuries.

Guild Chiropractic is a great clinic providing quite a few healthcare options. The chiropractic Dr. Guild is exceptional and caring towards her patients. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend Guild Chiropractic to take care of your healthcare needs.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years. My first experience I had injured and locked my back and needed an urgent appointment. Never having been a patient, I was taken in that day to help relieve the pain. I’ve been coming here ever since. Great team, great atmosphere, lucky to have this clinic locally. I can’t recommend Dr Guild highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for and listened to. The clinic is welcoming, professional, and well organized, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
