“I do not usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because I had high hopes for this massage. For some background, I am the mother of an autistic child, and the physical demands of caring for a 5-year-old with special needs have taken a significant toll on my body. I feel physically exhausted most of the time. Because of this, booking a massage was something I planned very carefully. I had to arrange respite care so I could attend the appointment. I searched for the closest clinic and came across this one. The reviews seemed generally good, so I decided to look further. I checked the therapists’ credentials because I wanted someone experienced who could really help relieve the tension and exhaustion I have been carrying. I was hoping not only for physical relief but also for some relaxation. Before booking, I contacted the clinic to ask about their cancellation policy, since having a child with special needs sometimes means my schedule can be unpredictable. I initially wanted to book a particular therapist who appeared to have the most experience. I explained my situation, and she kindly offered some flexibility with cancellation as long as I informed them within a certain time frame. Unfortunately, she was not available, so I booked another therapist who also had very positive reviews. On the day of the appointment, I had a small issue with my insurance (which was my fault), but honestly I did not mind paying out of pocket. I simply needed the massage because my body was so exhausted. Unfortunately, the massage did not meet my expectations. At times, it felt more like I was simply being touched rather than receiving therapeutic pressure. There were also moments where nothing seemed to be happening for several seconds. At one point I even counted the pause while she held my foot with no pressure, and it lasted around eight seconds. The same thing happened again with the other foot.(this is mentioned already on a different review by other client) Overall, the massage did not provide the relief I was hoping for, which was disappointing because I had really been looking forward to it. After the session, when I was about to pay, the therapist offered to help me sort out my insurance claim. I sent the information she requested. I completely understand if the claim cannot be processed or if there are issues with it; my concern is simply that the help was offered but I have not received any response. It has been several days since my last email. Perhaps the therapist is very busy, or there may be another reason for the delay. Still, it left me feeling a bit disappointed overall. I originally wanted to try the other therapist I had first inquired about, but after this experience I will likely look for a different clinic for my next session. This may have just been an unfortunate experience for me, and others may have had very positive ones. I simply wanted to share my honest feedback.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The pro was that I was able to find an appointment quickly within my hours of work, which is super rare to find nowadays. The online booking is super easy and it was straightforward. The downside to this, was that my massage was mediocre at best. If I am honest, it was one of the worst ones I have had before, but I realize that is totally person-dependent. The experience was friendly as I was able to not chat, lights down, and it was a personalized experience that way, however I got absolutely nothing out of the massage itself.
