“I had a massage with Jeremy and my wife had hers with Riccyn and they both did a fantastic job with our massages. My wife and I both came in with different muscle pain/issues and you can tell that Jeremy and Riccyn are very knowledgeable about human anatomy, physiology, and pathology. They didn't just work directly on our problem areas, but knew which muscles/tissues were connected to the affected area and worked on those areas as well. “Li (Sally) Fu was absolutely phenomenal. Her treatment was like a combination of deep tissue, acupressure and stretching. She knew exactly where I carried tension and where my body places pressure based on my alignment. Afterwards she even gave me some things I can do at home to help with my alignment. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and professional. The space is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully arranged to help you unwind before the treatment even begins. Scheduling is easy and flexible, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I also want to give a special mention to Riccyin, my RMT. She has an exceptional understanding of the body and always seems to know exactly where the tension is hiding. Her technique is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing, and she takes the time to check in on how I'm feeling and adjust the pressure accordingly. After every session with Riccyin, I leave feeling significantly better—looser, more balanced, and genuinely cared for. “I have had some good massages here but they are very disorganized. I booked a massage and then 2 hours later they called and canceled my appointment stating it was a mistake by a new receptionist. This is the second time this happened to me with the same excuse and then the therapist posted on my profile that it was me that canceled the appointment. I think I'm done with this place. “My wife and I try to get massages monthly. This was based on our first time here, and it wont be our last. -Friendly service -arrive 10mins before IF its your first time there (fill out your 2 page form) -Very clean -Emily & Riccyn were great! -Word from the wise, put away your ego and let your Masseuse know when it hurts. “I’ve been going to Eastwood for almost 2 years, im not over exaggerating when saying James and Sally heal me every time. I’ve try body massage, acupuncture, cosmetics acupuncture, their knowledge of body and muscle relief is impressive. James skills and professionalism is so good that I feel very safe and relaxing. Sally is so good with lymph nodes drainages. Her cosmetics acupuncture also worth every moments. I even dragged out my shy husband to try their massage service.
