Had my first ever prenatal massage. I was in some pain and very sore, thankfully there was still availability with Chris! He was unbelievably professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable about musculoskeletal system, how pregnancy alters the body physically and how it is all connected. He cared enough to help me figure out exactly what was going on and put a plan together to address the issues. I felt heard, respected, taken care of and relaxed. Chelsea was professional and caring. She listened to my needs and problems areas and provided a massage so wonderful I felt the tension melt off of me. During the session I had sensitive areas due to muscle tension and when I voiced my pain she immediately listened and went lighter and checked in on me. The office is also lovely with lots of plants and a wonderful scent that adds the extra touch of relaxation. I will be definitely booking again with Chelsea and highly recommend!Lire la suiteRéduire

The best massage I have ever had, Chelsea is truly a wizard and her methods are always exactly what I need. She can focus on a problem area without irritating it and gets so deep that I feel immediate relief that lasts for days after and never leaves me feeling sore or in pain. Element, what a wonderful addition to Almonte! A beautiful and convenient space in the heart of town right across from the Old Town Hall. Accessible ramp to enter the building is such a great feature in a heritage town. I had the best massage from Chelsea yesterday I think I floated to another dimension! Love that you can walk to shops and lunch spots and make a day of it. I have had the luxury of enjoying both Joanne and Chelsea's massages for the past 6 years out of kanata and I could not be more happy that they are now in Almonte.
