Dans ses motsJennifer graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in 2003. She has a strong love for learning “all things” healing & wellness. In addition to being a massage therapist, Jennifer has received the following credentials over the past 20 years; Personal Training, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, 200-hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Hot Stones Massage, Cupping Therapy, Reiki Healing (currently taking her master level), Aromatherapy Massage and very much looks forward to serving the Almonte Community.

« This 1 day training is for RMT's looking to include Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD) as an evidence informed modality to their practice.
During this hands on course you will learn the following with respect to BLD,
-principles of BLD
-specific treatment techniques for maximum lymphatic drainage
-client assessment, indications and contraindications
-treatment flow and sequencing
-hands on training and instructor evaluation
This 1 day training is limited to a small class size to optimize learning and practice of the material. The course fee is $650 plus HST and requires a $100 deposit by credit card to secure your space. »Mind-Body Synergy Session
« This 75-minute mind-body synergy session begins with a guided yoga nidra practice designed to rejuvenate and deeply relax your nervous system while you lay on a heated massage table, take in a soothing aromatherapy blend in your own candlelit treatment room. Each participant will also receive 10 minutes of personal Reiki Healing with Jennifer and a group sound bath for cellular repair and energetic alignment between each healing. If you are feeling burnt out, stressed and in much need of "me time" then this session is for you. Space is limited to 3 per session. This is a monthly Sunday offering.
