After getting into an accident in early December, Elements Health was able to get me in to see a chiropractor the very next day! Since then, I've been more than happy with the services provided by Dr. Syndey (chiro), Donna (physio), and Brianna (massage). The front desk staff are always pleasant to deal with and were a big help in getting all the necessary paperwork completed properly.Lire la suiteRéduire

Called to book an appointment was told they had a slot open at 4:45 I asked if I could call them right back Just so I can make sure I didn’t have anything getting in the way and they told me that was absolutely fine. Called back not even five minutes later to book the appointment and they didn’t answer the phone. Call back a few minutes after that and was told that somebody already booked it. I then told them that I called back less than five minutes after and they didn’t respond. at no point did they Offer an apology or acknowledge their mistake. Was then told they could get me in at a later time and I told them I’d have to move some things around and then they said well if you want we can put it as pending so nobody else books it. ( Why was that not done the first time???) Now I have to move my Day around for the second time just because they Couldn’t pick up the phone. Came in to Elements Health to see Dr. Deegan today. From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed, the facility is very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr. Deegan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Deegan was very thorough and professional throughout her exam to help me and I am especially grateful as she introduced me to shockwave therapy to deal with some pain issues I have. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of help with my shoulder through the personal and caring physiotherapist, chiropractor and massage therapist! I have had major improvement and couldn’t be happier.

Both my husband and I see the chiropractor Dr. Devin. My husband has chronic pain and described his first visit as the best adjustment he’d ever had! Dr. Devin has a really good understand of the body connections and that muscles need just as much as joints. He uses multiple chiropractic methods and also offers shock wave therapy. Dr. Sydney Deegan has been amazing! I’ve been able to get back to a near pain free back with her help and suggestions. Love that she is available for Sunday appointments and I’ve recommended her to everyone I know! My husband, myself & our kiddos have been seeing Dr Josline for probably close to 7 years now….. and I don’t know what I’d do without her treatments, warmth, kindness & the connection she gives in each and every appointment. Seriously, just a great human being in general. Dr. Josline and Dr. Denise are 2 amazing ladies. They truly know their jobs well and always take the time to explain everything. I honestly don’t know what I would have done this past year and a half without their knowledge and expertise. Jennifer F. is also there for a great massage. She too does an amazing job. I can’t forget the wonderful ladies upfront. When you walk into this clinic you truly do feel like family. Everyone is so kind and caring. I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone in need.
