• 24 Hour Cancellation Policy - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation of less than 24 hours or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours-notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours-notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are the amount of the full regular fee for the service. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. Your therapist only gets paid when they see a client. For this reason, you will be charged the full regular fee for the service .
