“I have been seeing Mark on a regular basis for about a year now. I have quite the physically demanding job, and some wear and tear on my body, so it’s a challenge for him to get everything relaxed and supple again. Mark’s treatments never disappoint tho, he works his magic every single time, and they are a highlight of my week! “Mark is a great RMT! He is very attentive and knowledgeable. He's great at adjusting pressure when needed and talking me through any discomfort. He gives a great massage and then recommends exercises and stretches to do between sessions to keep working on things. He even takes the time to demonstrate and sends videos if needed.
