I recently participated in a four-week program with Andrew leading us through various stretching and mobility exercises specific for golfers. It was well run, very informative and was exactly what I was looking for to improve my game. Having time to get some swings in at DBL CRS right after was also perfect. Karli Pezzano is exceptional! Our sessions together have been my first real experience with massage therapy and Karli has made the entire process so stress-free. I really appreciated the time and attention she spent during the initial visit to discuss my intake forms and develop a treatment plan that felt comfortable and feasible for me. Karli welcomes curiosity and questions, and the information she's shared has helped me to reflect and understand my body better. She has also been great about identifying and suggesting new treatment areas to explore that I hadn't previously considered (i.e., abdominal massage). I always feel I can be transparent and honest with her about where I'm at on a given day and leave our session feeling more relaxed and mobile. I enjoy seeing Karli because the process is so participatory - her approach is communicative and collaborative, so it really feels like we are working together to achieve my treatment goals. I recently started seeing Karli, the massage therapist at this clinic, and I’ve been really impressed with the care and attention she puts into each session. She took the time to listen to my preferences and understand what my body truly needs. She also asked detailed questions about my lifestyle, daily movements, and areas of tension, which made the sessions feel very personalized and thoughtful. Her sessions are calm, relaxing, and very well structured. I appreciate how she creates a comfortable environment while also focusing on techniques that genuinely help with my body’s needs.
