All billing questions, payments, and administrative support are handled in Unit 3.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do not accept cancellation notifications through text or direct messages on Facebook or Instagram. Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full appointment fee.

Please note: missed appointment fees are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits.

“Dr Jasmine has been wonderful to have as a chiropractor and I always look forward to appointments. She is professional, but also very kind. She has not only treated me, but also my husband and now both of my young daughters. We’ve seen many improvements from visits and will continue to see her as long as we are able.
