Deep WombTherapy Session

Held over 3 spacious hours, this session begins with a warm grounding check-in and craniosacral support to gently open the body for deeper healing. We move through a slow, deep and enriching abdominal massage that awakens deep blood, lymph and energy flow from the core through the hips, legs, and when welcomed, tending through heart/breast space. After an integration pause, we transition into deeply restorative back, sacral, and gluteal work to unwind long-held patterns and stagnancy. This session offers the depth of time, presence, and emotional holding needed for profound release, deep re-orientation and full-body nourishment.
