Location for Registered Clinical Counselling: In-person Clinical Counselling sessions with Brad Goodchild are located within Innovative Fitness Port Moody, across from Rocky Point Park. Please do not come to the Impulse Sport Therapeutics location in Suter Brook Village for RCC appointments.

“I have had three different Registered Massage Therapists at Impulse because of some scheduling issues and one pregnancy. What I can say is that regardless of which one they were all very professional and they had consistent notes about my condition. I had some nerve issues and a sore back. I was referred to Impulse by my daughter and a good friend. The team at Impulse is first class. Mallory has been my RMT for the last four sessions she is awesome. “I recently visited Impulse for a Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), and my experience was disappointing. I received a reminder two days before my appointment. However, my appointment was on December 31, a busy day, and I completely forgot about it—my mistake. The issue arose with the staff's behavior. The receptionist called me more than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to ask if I could still come. I told her it would take me at least 15 minutes to get there and asked if the session could be extended. She vaguely implied they might accommodate it, so I rushed over. When I arrived, I made it clear I wasn’t expecting extra time but asked the therapist if they could extend the session since there were only 10 minutes left. The therapist refused, stating she had another appointment in five minutes, which I understood. What upset me, however, was the way the situation was handled after the session. The therapist came to the cashier area and sat there, watching me pay $136 for just 10 minutes of service without any acknowledgment or apology for the situation. This experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. While I accept responsibility for forgetting the appointment, a bit more understanding and courtesy from the staff would have made a big difference. Just want to mention that I was a regular patient to the center. Now will never go back again.”Lire la suiteRéduire
