We have been seeing Jason for many years, and he is truly the best physiotherapist. We saw several physiotherapist in the past, but we finally found someone who genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery. After my daughter underwent ACL surgery, Jason played a key role in her rehabilitation. Thanks to his expertise, guidance, and support, she was able to return to playing high performance soccer stronger than ever. Because of the exceptional care we have received, we now refer all our family and friends to Jason. We know they will be well taken care of. He has a great facility and an excellent team all of whom are professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping their patients succeed. Jason is knowledgeable and cool. My shoulder injury improved gradually with his exercise plan, and it is amazing to see the progress of my recovery. Helena at the front desk is the cutest. I recommend working with them 10/10.

Amazing experience with Jason here! After the first time seeing him, immediately saw significant improvement, after seeing other physios and not had any progress. He super knowledgeable and takes the time to properly assess the issue before giving a plan on how to address it both short term relief and long term getting better. Is also very helpful with demonstrating and making sure you understand the excersizes before leaving. As a golfer, it has been so good working with Jason because he understands the swing and can address the physical side to move better and without pain. Sarah was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and positive. I unexpectedly had to have my 5.5 year old in tow for my initial appointment, which was not ideal as his attention span is short and colouring only kept him occupied for the first half. Sarah was understanding and accommodated him by getting him involved when possible and staying on track with addressing my needs despite many distractions and interruptions. I was very happy with the initial appointment and book d my second right away to continue my healing journey after a bad fall. Jason is hands down the best physiotherapist I’ve worked with. I’ve dealt with chronically tight traps and hips for years from desk work, and he’s the first person who actually addressed the root cause instead of just treating symptoms. He doesn’t just give you a list of exercises and book your next couple sessions. He took the time to assess me properly, recreating the issue I had and explained to me visually why I was experiencing my symptoms. That educational piece made a big difference for me because I finally understood the purpose behind the rehab. He also tailored everything to my lifestyle so it was realistic to stick to. And on top of that he actually treats you, I had some soft tissue work and dry needling which gave me instant relief. You can tell he's really knowledge and cares about what he does. Sanna on the admin/front desk side also provided a very warm welcome to the clinic and created a great client experience overall.
