To book a new assessment with any of our therapists, you can call 250 314-0788. Most of our therapists allow direct online booking of new assessments. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY WHEN BOOKING ONLINE . New patients and existing patients booking for a new injury MUST NOT book a 30-minute appointment. Current patients must ONLY book online with their current treatment provider(s). Incorrect booking could result in your appointment needing to be cancelled or rescheduled . He was able to do a thorough assessment, diagnose what was going on from the root cause, needle me and give me home care all within our first treatment together and I haven’t had pain since. “From the front staff who great you when you come in to the extremely professional and detailed sessions I've had with Cam, it's been an overwhelming relief mentally and physically. Cam was able to start with basics and eventually was able to pinpoint my exact issue. The stretches and physical drills he shared will part of my daily routine for life. “I have been going to Kamloops physiotherapy for the last year. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and happy to help. Tim Schmidt was so helpful with getting my Worksafe claim sorted while also being very knowledgeable. He never makes me feel like I have silly question and he seems to really care about the end results. I am now in recovery from a sports injury and as a competing athlete there’s a lot anxiety and worry about getting back to competition. After seeing Tim for the first time since this injury I now feel very comfortable because I know that Tim really wants to see the best results and has my goals in mind. “I highly recommend to train your reception on being "nice and friendly" Today I called from the hospital because this physio was highly recommended. The service I received on the phone was not professional. After a brief conversation, I was looking for a certain therapist and I mistakenly got the wrong clinic he was working at but still wanted to book, the receptionist ended my phone call without regard to why I phoned. “I had a wonderful experience here! Cam was wonderful to work with! I’ve been discharged just in time for Christmas! The facility is very nice and clean, they are always promptly on time, and the staff has always been super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
