I had a wonderful experience with Jackie’s facial acupuncture treatments. I’ve tried both her traditional facial acupuncture and the Korean F.A.C.E. style, and both were excellent. I especially enjoyed the Korean F.A.C.E. technique. It uses more ultra-fine needles, making the treatment very comfortable with minimal discomfort, while allowing for more precise facial sculpting and contouring. Jackie is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything. I noticed improvements in my skin tone, facial tension, and overall glow after my treatments. Dr,. Sirius has deep knowledge and practical experience in chiropractic practice. Dr. Sirius make patients more comfortable , explains each steps , how they feel during the treatment and after , and Dr. Sirius truely respect patients space and listen their concerns. I truely recommend Dr. Sirius to anyone who is going through chronic pain, discomfort and functional problems related to Motor vehicle accident or other. One suggestion, please give Dr. Sirius to understand the patients reactions to different treatment modalities and adjustments, definitely a better and strong treatment plan will be in place sooner to support patients thoroughly throughout the treatment and recovery. Infact, this can vary from person to person, key point ,give enough time yourself to get maximum benefits out of Dr. Sirius individual treatment plan. Consistency, patience and stay positive - key to recovery ,and slowly the individuals can get back to main stream of life. I am hoping for the best even with chronic conditions. I had a very disappointing experience at Kenzie Wellness. My appointment started 23 minutes late despite my early arrival, and the session itself was noticeably shortened. We were discussing the change of services and I voiced my concerns with the rushed timing as we were starting very late. I also voiced my concerns with my sensitivity to needles, the practitioner insisted she could “do it very fast,” and she assured me it is not a problem. The treatment was far more painful than any acupuncture I’ve had elsewhere, and I left with significant bruising and what felt like nerve and muscle pain that lasted for two weeks. I ended up needing RMT and physiotherapy elsewhere afterward to address the discomfort that came from the exact needle points used during the session. What made the situation worse was being charged the full amount despite receiving less than the advertised treatment time. When I raised my concerns, the clinic dismissed the timing discrepancy and attributed my symptoms to “normal side effects,” which did not reflect my past acupuncture experiences or the severity of the pain I had. I had messaged my spouse during my wait and documented the time that I was invited in as well as documented the time I had finished my session. I was still waiting after my "time stamp" for her to clean the equipment as I stood outside the door. The procedure was supposed to be 90 mins, but I only got 67 mins based on just the evidence I had, not counting the time she needed to clean. I can understand that appointments can run late if she takes the time to deal with her previous client, but if that's the case, I would expect the same consideration and respect so I can get my full treatment time. Instead, it was more than 23 mins late into the appointment and coincidentally also 23 minutes of treatment time I would be owe. If I had been given the expectation that there would be such a significant difference, I would absolutely not have booked the alternative treatment. While the practitioner was kind, the overall service fell far below expectations, especially given the many positive reviews that influenced my decision to book. Again, I'm not sure if people are writing fake reviews or if the reviews are based on non rushed sessions. Those needles are painful unlike what the reviews say. Unfortunately, based on this experience and the clinic’s response, my family and I will be seeking care elsewhere.Lire la suiteRéduire

I've been seeing Jackie for the Korean FACE acupuncture treatments and it's been great so far. I noticed my complexion has improved and my jawline is more defined.
