I did not have a positive experience with this clinic.
I never attended or received any occupational therapy treatment here. I canceled one scheduled appointment, and afterward I was rescheduled multiple times without my consent. At one point, my appointment was changed from 3:30 PM to 9:00 AM without anyone speaking to me. I only became aware of these appointments because I received automated email notifications saying I was booked.
I also received multiple calls attempting to move that same appointment, as the OT was only available on one specific day, which made scheduling difficult.
I had concerns about billing practices as well. I was informed that travel time and multiple hours of charting would be billed in relation to a single appointment that I did not attend, despite the appointment being scheduled at the clinic’s location.
Additionally, I was very distressed to learn that information was shared suggesting I was non-compliant with care, which is not accurate. I am very proactive and compliant with my healthcare, and this situation caused unnecessary stress.
Due to these issues, I chose not to proceed with services and would not return. I recommend clearly confirming consent for scheduling and billing before engaging with this clinic.Lire la suiteRéduire

I had a torn rotator cuff and was in a lot of pain. Daizy treated me and gave me a lot of relief! It’s a year later and I’m still doing great! My husband has also had treatments with here and has had great results as well.

I have very stiff neck and shoulder due to previous car accidents i had in the past that’s been bothering me on and off. Stephanie made me felt good after my massage session. She’ll adjust the pressure according to your desire . Very accommodating and professional. Emily the owner will reach out to you personally and make you feel important and make sure you get the best treatment . I recently discovered this little gem of a clinic when I was desperate for a massage. They were able to fit me in THE NEXT DAY! Mini, was incredible. So knowledgeable and kind. Kickstart is a small, quiet, well equipped facility, conveniently located at the corner of Clearbrook and South Fraser Way.
Emily is fantastic! She was able to pin-point the source of my injury and set me up with exercises that isolate my impingement and give me more mobility almost instantly, and will also help to strengthen and stabilize my hip in the future.
