“This place is new in the area, and it brings a total relief for moms specially after school hours when the traffic towards the other Kids Physio in NV is located (Dollarton area). Both locations are terrific in terms of service but this one in Lonsdale has extraordinary location, cero problems with parking and the facilities are great. They are absolutely handicapped friendly. We were helped this time by Nikki Mallow and she is amazing for youth recovering from injuries! Very fun, understanding of the age and she connects very well with sporty and tough ones. Online booking system works perfect and their customer service in the front desk is best in class, they processed insurance and all went fast, and easy. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Laura for our baby's feeding assessment. From the moment we met her, Laura's passion and genuine care for our family and our specific needs were incredibly clear. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly assess our baby, explaining everything in a way we could easily understand. We left the appointment feeling so supported and equipped with practical exercises to practice at home. The facility itself is brand new, squeaky clean, and all the staff we encountered were very helpful. We feel so much more confident after our visit.
